• Partnered with and provided any assistance necessary in production and management of all game day operations,
specifically with university donors, guests, and other university personnel, as well as managed areas in all
offseason preparations and events.
• Supervise 40+ floor employees, delegate work, problem solve, and assess needs and communicate with all types
of people all while still working with other members of the Crimson Tide Hospitality team.

• Develop customer rapport by providing quality service.
• Part of the customer service staff, checked out customers at the register, bag and carry groceries out to customer's
cars, and helped with store cleaning.

• Composed multiple sports articles a week to be published on the radio station's website and app as well as helping
produce some of the station's radio shows.
• Edited stories to be published, posted to the station's social media account, answered phone calls and called guests
for the show, and tended to any other responsibilities the station needed assistance with.

• Provided a high level of hospitality by taking care of donors of the University of Alabama and guests at sporting
events.

and attending to any other needs or questions.
