*CONSERVATION FEES: All visitors to the Parks pay a Daily Conservation Fee when visiting the Parks. These Conservation Fees
vary from park to park. You may choose to pay the compulsory daily Conservation Fees in advance with your reservation or you may
pay it on arrival at your destination(s). Either way, the Total Conservation Fee Charge and the impact it has on your Total Balance
Outstanding payable can only be calculated and confirmed upon arrival at the park when the details of all guests in your party
(numbers, nationality and Wild Card membership) are captured within our system. Members with valid Wild Cards are exempted
from daily Conservation Fees. NOTE: Membership is based on a Cluster and Category. The Cluster defines the Park and the Category
defines the person(s) linked to membership.

ACCEPTABLE METHODS OF PAYMENT

OVER THE COUNTER: For security reasons, Head Office Front Desk does not accept CASH as a form of payment – only Cheques, Debit and Credit
Cards.

CHEQUE: Cheque payments must be made out to South African National Parks – note that the full trading name must be reflected. Post dated cheques
are not acceptable.

CREDIT CARD: As of the 3rd October 2017 credit card payments will only be accepted if the card holder is present during the transaction at the front
desk / reception.
QUICK PAYMENT PORTAL: This is available on SANParks Website for quick, immediate payment and will only require the client to enter
his / her ‘Client Code’, ‘Reservation Number’ and credit card details in order to make a payment. This option is available on https//www.sanparks.org
and does not require registration to use.

NB* In an effort to secure client details, SA National Parks is applying more stringent financial security protocols and will therefore, with effect
from 4 April 2017, no longer accept any credit card details sent via email or facsimile to our booking agents.

Conditions for pensioners:


A percentage discount on normal tariffs for social pensioners (receiving old age, family and disability allowances, as well
as blind persons) and permanent residents of South Africa 60 years and older.
Proof of identification and proof of pension category (eg blind person BP12345/old age OA12345) must be given on arrival.
Concessions are applicable for certain periods, on certain types of accommodation, at certain parks / camps.
No pensioners discount is offered on meals, activities, daily conservation fees and WILD cards.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: It is your responsibility to check if the reservation is correct. Should the reservation be incorrect,
or further information is required which have not been mentioned below, please contact the reservation office immediately.
*Cancelling a reservation six days or less prior to arrival (or not arriving at all) will result in a 100% cancellation fee,
cancelling 7 to 14 days before arrival 50% and 15 to 30 days before arrival 25% (calculated on the total reservation cost).
If the arrival date of the itinerary is postponed prior to or on date of arrival and then cancelled at a later stage, the fees that
applied at the time of amendment will be enforced if the amount is greater than the new cancellation fees.
Downgrading a reservation six days or less prior to arrival will result in a 100% modification fee, 7 to 14 days before arrival
50% and 15 to 30 days before arrival 25% (calculated on the difference in reservation cost before and after downgrading)
Should the reservation not be taken up on the arrival date the accommodation will be held until 09:00 the following day
after which the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit, where applicable, forfeited.
SANParks reserves the right to retain the deposit, or part thereof as cancellation fee, stipulated in the conditions governing
the Acceptance Of Advance Reservations which are attached.

Guests who have booked different accommodation types for consecutive nights in the same camp will be required to move
from one unit to another (keeping to the designated check-out and check-in times).
********** KRUGER NATIONAL PARK HAS IMPLEMENTED ADDITIONAL GATE ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEMS AT ITS
ENTRANCE GATES IN THE SOUTH OF THE PARK.
********** AS FROM 1 SEPTEMBER 2017, ALL VISITORS OVER 18 YEARS OLD WILL BE REQUIRED TO PRODUCE THEIR
IDENTITY DOCUMENT. (ID), PASSPORT OR ALTERNATIVE VALID IDENTIFICATION E.G. DRIVER'S LICENCE CARD FOR
SCANNING UPON ENTERING/EXITING THE PARK.
# Please note that due to safety and security concerns, guests are advised to enter/exit the Kruger National Park via
Phabeni Gate instead of Numbi Gate. Guests are advised to rather use the R40 road instead of the R538 from White River to
Hazyview.

All firearms are to be declared upon arrival in the park.

To Reach your destination before CAMP GATE closing time, contact the PARK Entrance Gate you intend entering to confirm
the cut-off time for travelling to your destination.
NOTE: You will not be allowed to enter the park to travel to the rest camp you are booked at without adequate travelling time.

• An additional cost per vehicle will be charged
• Late arrival must be arranged in advance with the gate
• Evidence for late arrival must be provided
• Guests must have pre-booked accommodation at camps that are within 10km distance from relevant gate
• Arrangements for late arrival after 21:00 will not be permitted
