ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
AUGUST 2022

would learn to serve and his body would grow strong.”(Ephesians 4:12)

For this school year, I am teaching Grade 3 students and here are the following things I have
accomplished for the month of August of this school year, to wit:

 I assisted the parents who came to school early for the Kick-Off Program and Orientation
 I helped my colleagues in printing and posting posters regarding Brigada Eskwela.
 I sent solicitation letters to potentials donors
 I assisted the volunteers who came to the school in the cleaning activity after which I washed
the old and dusty curtains.
 Participated in the cleaning and making plot in the garden.
 I painted chairs, walls, and putted wallpapers in the tables
 I guided the parents in Cleaning of Windows
 We participated the cleaning of School Grounds.
 I assisted the parents in enrolling their children through on-site enrolment in filling up their
enrolment form.
 I participated in the cleaning and making plot in the garden, ready for planting of vegetables.
 I printed and laminated reading materials
 I sorted and bound the SLMs with the help of volunteer parents.
 Monitored the opening of classes and continued the enrolment of those learner who did not
submit MELSF through Messenger .
 I updated the enrolment in the LIS quick count.
 Distributed reading materials to all learners.
 We distributed reading materials to all learners and households as a part of Brigada Pagbasa.
 Visited our learners who struggled in reading

For this school year, I am teaching Grade 3 students and here are the following things I have
accomplished for the month of September of this school year, to wit:

 I always print and update my weekly lesson plan.

 I printed Teaching guide and MELCS.
 I sent reading passages and numeracy activities in the group chat of my students that suited to
their grade level
 I conduct GST and Pre-Test Assessment.
 I assisted my student in their classroom election.
 I helped my colleagues in preparing Induction Ball.
 We assisted the officers in the Induction Ceremony.

For this school year, I am teaching Grade 3 students and here are the following things I have
accomplished for the month of October of this school year, to wit:

 I prepared test question for Summative and Periodic exams of my students.

 I printed different level of reading materials that suits to the reading ability of my students.
 I always update my students together with their guardians regarding typhoon and suspension of
classes.
 I always provide remedial session/classes to the students who need special guidance.
