Rules & Regulations for Smooth Run of Operations

 Personal Hygiene
o Participants must wear clean and appropriate attire.
o No smoking, eating, or drinking in food preparation areas.
o Wash hands thoroughly before starting work, after using the restroom, and after
handling raw food.

 Food Handling and Preparation


o Use separate cutting boards and utensils for raw and cooked foods.
o Ensure all food items are properly washed and, if necessary, peeled.
o Plastic gloves and caps must be worn.
o Cover food properly with cling sheets.

 Equipment and Utensils


o Clean and sanitize all food preparation surfaces and equipment properly.
o Replace cutting boards and utensils showing signs of wear or damage.
o Ensure all equipment is in good working condition.

 Storage
o Store raw and cooked food items separately.
o Maintain proper storage temperatures for perishable items.
o Check and rotate stock regularly.

 Waste Management
o Use designated bins for different types of waste.
o Dispose of waste to prevent pest attraction.
o Keep the waste storage area clean and well-maintained.

 Illness Reporting
o Participants showing signs of illness should report immediately.
o Sick participants should not handle food.
 Sound
o Participants must ensure that sound system’s volume stays within the capacity of the
provided stall and during Azaan music should be turned off.

 Games
o Prioritize the safety of customers. Make sure that all equipment and setups are secure
and free from potential hazards.
