In inviting a reference to the subject noted above, I am directed to say

that there is no clarity regarding whether Late Miniketan Paik, Ex-Asst.
Teacher under Nuagada block was succumbed to death due to COvID-19
positive or without COvID-19 positive. Because, Form-lll states that the
report of RAT as well as RTPCR Is negative while Form-l as well as
forwarding letter states that he was succumbed to death due to CovID-19
positive while in active line of duty.

It is requested to clarify whether the deceased person is eligible as per

Corrigendum No.17941/H, Dtd.20.07.2020 of H&FW Department which
states as follows:
Provided that hel she is tested/ detected COVID-19 positive within 30 day
of active COVID-19 related duty(the 30 days is count from th
