    Management Level GOOD TO HAVE

    Team Lead ▪ Understanding of business drivers and the ability to articulate technology
    issues in business terms and vice-versa.
    Min 37 to Max 84 months of experience
    BE/BTECH/Any UG in Graduation ▪ Have worked in one or more of the following industries - Consumer Goods
    and Services, Retail, Life Sciences, Industrial and Manufacturing, Financial
    Services, Energy, Utilities, Healthcare, Retail, High tech.
    Top Skill ▪ Exposure of end to end project delivery lifecycle is desirable.

    1. Tech Transformation Advisory ▪ Experience and/or knowledge of one or more of the emerging
    technologies/ methodologies is preferred - Agile, DevOps, Automation,
    Cloud, Data/ Analytics, IoT.

    Industry Segment ▪ Excellent process knowledge in one or more of the following areas is
    preferred: Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing, Human Capital
    Technology Consulting Management, Enterprise Performance Management.
