1. Travel Credit: You must enroll through the Amex
Experiences app or by calling 1-866-627-8440 (Toll-free
number from within the U.S.) or 1-954-503-4432 (Toll call
from outside the U.S.) to receive this offer. Offer available only
to Basic Centurion® International Dollar Card Members from
January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2024. Eligible Card
Members can earn a US$1,500 statement credit each
calendar year through December 31, 2024 after The
Centurion® Card from International Dollar Card is used to
spend at least US$40,000 in a calendar year (the “Threshold
Amount”) on eligible travel purchases made on or after the
date your enrollment is confirmed by us by email, typically 24
hours from your enrollment request. This means that in the
calendar year in which you first enroll for the offer, your
eligibility period to reach the Threshold Amount to receive the
offer will be less than the full calendar year. Once enrolled in
the offer, purchases made by both the Basic Centurion
Member and Additional Centurion Members on the enrolled
Card Account will count towards the Threshold Amount.
However, the statement credit will be applied to the Basic
Centurion Card Account only and will not exceed US$1,500
per calendar year through December 31, 2024 across all
Cards on the Account.
Eligible travel purchases only include bookings made with an
eligible Centurion Card for hotels or car rentals, or through
travel agencies or tour operators, minus returns and other
credits. If the merchant or transaction is not under these
categories, the purchase will not be eligible for purposes of
meeting the Threshold Amount. Eligible purchases do not
include travel purchases made prior to enrollment. Eligible
travel purchases do not include ticketing services,
cancellation, or other fees, fees or interest charges, purchases
or reloading of prepaid cards, purchases of gift cards, person-
to-person transactions including those for goods and
services, or purchases of other cash equivalents. Credits or
rewards you may receive with your Card on other purchase
categories or in connection with promotions or offers from
American Express may not be combined with this offer.

If American Express does not receive information that

identifies your transaction as eligible for the offer, it will not
count toward the Threshold Amount. Please allow up to 8
weeks after the Card Account reaches the Threshold Amount
for the statement credit to be posted to the Card Account.
Please call the number on the back of the Card if statement
credit is not posted after 8 weeks from the date on which the
Card Account reaches the Threshold Amount. Eligible
purchases must be processed by the merchant before
December 31st, 11:59 PM Central Time each calendar year to
count toward the Threshold Amount in that calendar year.
American Express relies on merchants to process
transactions within the same calendar year that you made the
purchase for the purchase to apply toward the Threshold
Amount in that calendar year. For example, if you make an
eligible purchase on the last day of the calendar year, but the
merchant does not process that transaction until the next
day, the transaction date will reflect the next day’s date and
the purchase will apply toward the Spend Threshold in the
following calendar year for which enrollment will be required
in order for it to apply. To be eligible for this offer benefit, your
Card Account must be active, not be canceled or past due at
the time of statement credit fulfillment. Statement credit may
be reversed if the eligible purchase is returned/canceled.
Additionally, if American Express in its sole discretion
determines that you have engaged in abuse, misuse, or
gaming in connection with this offer benefit in any way or that
you intend to do so (for example, you cancel or return
purchases you made to meet the Threshold Amount), we may
not credit, we may freeze, or we may reverse any statement
credit previously applied to your Card Account. We may also
cancel this Card Account and any other accounts you may
have with us.

Dining Credit: You must enroll through the Amex

Experiences app or by calling 1-866-627-8440 (Toll-free
number from within the U.S.) or 1-954-503-4432 (Toll call
from outside the U.S.) to receive this offer. Offer available only
to Basic Centurion® International Dollar Card Members from
January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2024. Eligible Card
Members can earn a US$250 statement credit each calendar
year through December 31, 2024 after The Centurion® Card
from International Dollar Card is used to spend at least
US$2,500 in one transaction on an eligible restaurant
purchase made on or after the date your enrollment is
confirmed by us by email, typically within 24 hours from your
enrollment request. This means that in the calendar year in
which you first enroll for the offer, your eligibility period to
receive the offer will be less than the full calendar year. Once
enrolled in the offer, eligible restaurant purchases made by
both the Basic Centurion Member and Additional Centurion
Members on the enrolled Card Account will be eligible to earn
the statement credit. However, the statement credit will be
applied to the Basic Centurion Card Account only and will not
exceed US$250 per calendar year across all Cards on the
Account. Eligible purchases do not include purchases made
at a restaurant located within another establishment (e.g. a
restaurant inside a hotel, casino, or event venue) or for
purchases made through third-party food delivery services
outside of the U.S. For example, purchases made at a
restaurant located within a hotel may be recognized as a
purchase at a hotel, not a restaurant. Eligible purchases also
do not include purchases at bars, nightclubs, cafeterias and
convenience stores. Eligible purchases do not include
restaurant purchases made prior to enrollment. Eligible
purchases do not include fees or interest charges, purchases
or reloading of prepaid cards, purchases of gift cards, person-
to-person transactions including those for goods and
services, or purchases of other cash equivalents. Eligible
purchases are purchases for goods and services minus
returns and other credits. If American Express does not
receive information that identifies your purchase as qualifying
for the offer, you will not receive the statement credit. Credits
or rewards you may receive with your Card on other purchase
categories or in connection with promotions or offers from
American Express may not be combined with this offer.

3. Saks Credit: Enrollment through the Amex Experiences

app or by calling 1-866-627-8440 (Toll-free number from
within the U.S.) or 1-954-503-4432 (Toll call from outside the
U.S.) is required to receive this offer. Offer available only to
Basic Centurion® International Dollar Card Members from
January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023, (“Offer Period”).
Eligible Centurion Members can earn up to US$250 in
statement credits each calendar quarter (January through
March, April through June, July through September and
October through December) for a total of up to US$1,000.
Once enrolled in the offer, purchases made by both the Basic
Centurion Member and Additional Card Members on the Card
Account will be eligible for the statement credits. However,
statement credits will be applied to the Basic Centurion® Card
Account only and will not exceed US$1,000 across all Cards
on the Account. Valid at saks.com or Saks Fifth Avenue stores
in the U.S. Not valid on Saks Fifth Avenue Gift Cards or
purchases at Saks OFF 5TH stores or saksoff5th.com.
Excludes purchases at restaurants located within the store
and Online Bill Pay for Saks Card. Not valid on online

in most cases, you may not receive the statement credit if
your transaction is made with an electronic wallet or through
a third party or if the merchant uses a mobile or wireless card
reader to process it. Eligible purchases do not include fees or
interest charges, purchases or reloading of prepaid cards,
purchases of gift cards, person-to-person payments including
those for goods and services, or purchases of other cash
equivalents. To be eligible for this offer, Card Account must
not be canceled and not past due at the time of statement
credit fulfillment. Additionally, if American Express
determines that you have engaged in abuse, misuse, or
gaming in connection with the offer in any way or that you
intend to do so, we may not credit the offer to, we may freeze
the offer credited to, or we may reverse statement credit

Saks after-hours appointments, expedited alterations and

same day local delivery services are available only at U.S.
stores with a Fifth Avenue Club (see locations here:
saksfifthavenue.com/fifth-avenue-club).
• Saks After-Hours Appointments:
After-hours Fifth Avenue Club appointments must be
requested 72 hours in advance by calling the number on the
back of your Card and are available in U.S. stores only.
Appointments are available between 5AM and midnight local
time of the respective store locations. Appointments are not
available on Easter, Thanksgiving or Christmas.
• Saks Expedited Basic Alterations:
Expedited basic alterations must be requested in store by
notifying your Fifth Avenue Club Style Advisor and presenting
your Centurion® Card. Online purchases are eligible for
expedited basic alterations if they are brought in store with
proof of purchase from Saks. Basic alterations include seams,
hems, sleeves and waist on all garment types. Additional fees
will not be charged to expedite alterations. See
saks.com/alterations for information on alteration pricing.
Expedited alterations will be completed within 3 business
days.
• Saks Complimentary Same-Day Local Delivery:
Complimentary same-day local delivery is available within the
U.S. for all purchases made in U.S. stores by notifying your
Fifth Avenue Club Style Advisor and presenting your
Centurion® Card. Online purchases are not eligible for same-
day delivery. Delivery within the U.S. will occur within 4 hours
of the request and must be within 40 miles of the U.S. store
location. Same-day deliveries within the U.S. must be
requested by 8PM and no deliveries will be made after
midnight. Signature for the delivery is required.

4. Centurion Living: Lyyti Oy is a service provider of

American Express which provides the registration service for
Centurion Living events. American Express will process any
information and personal data it receives from Lyyti Oy
according to the American Express privacy policy. All
Centurion Living events are complimentary. Transportation
and accommodation costs are not included. Only Centurion
Members are eligible to register. Each Centurion Account may
book up to two spaces per event. For all events, at least one
attendee must be a Centurion Member (with either a Basic
Centurion Card or Additional Centurion Card; holders of
Additional Platinum Cards are not eligible to reserve events).

Please note that your Centurion Card is your entry ticket to

the event. Individual event times and dates are subject to
change. Availability is limited and subject to capacity
restrictions. American Express reserves the right to limit the
number of events Centurion Members (and their guests) may
attend and/or restrict access to the Centurion Living
program. American Express also reserves the right to remove
any person from any event for inappropriate behavior
including, but not limited to, conduct that is disruptive,
abusive or violent.

Please note that alcohol may be served at some Centurion

Living events and attendees must be of legal drinking age in
the location of the event to consume alcohol and to attend the
‘Introduction to Fine Wine’ event.

For all Centurion Living events, in case of no show or

cancellation less than two weeks before the event, you may be
charged a cancellation fee of 250 USD. If you book an event
within 2 weeks of the event and later cancel or are a no show,
please note that you are still subject to the cancellation fee. In
case of no show or cancellation less than two weeks before
‘Introduction to Ceremonial Japan’, you may be charged an
additional fee of 250 USD.

Centurion Members who reserve a space on ‘Introduction to

Ceremonial Japan’ must provide proof of travel booking to
Centurion Membership services within two weeks of our
confirming the reservation, otherwise the reservation will be
cancelled.
