MUNICIPAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICE
WHEREAS, Section 4 (8), Rule 6 of Republic Act 10121 or the Philippine Disaster Risk Reduction
Management Act of 2010 requires the MDRRMO to prepare and submit the Annual Municipal Disaster
Risk Reduction and Management Plan and Budget;
WHEREAS, said plan and budget outlines the activities aimed at strengthening the capacity of the
LGUs together with partner stakeholders, to build the disaster resilience of communities and to
institutionalize arrangements and measures for reducing disaster risks, including projected climate risks
and enhancing disaster preparedness and response capabilities covering four thematic areas namely, (1)
Disaster Prevention and Mitigation; (2) Disaster Preparedness; (3) Disaster Response; and (4) Disaster
Rehabilitation and Recovery.

Plan and Climate Change Action Plan in the utilization of LDRRMF and basic rescue and response

Milante, and seconded by Dr. Arnel P. Armea, the Municipal Health Officer, be it:
RESOLVED, as itis hereby resolved by the members in meeting assembled to approve the Annual
‘Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Investment Plan and Budget for Calendar Year 2024
of the Municipality of San Jose, Camarines Sur,
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies thereof be furnished the Sangguniang Bayan, this

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the 15" Sangguniang Bayan of San Jose,
Camarines Sur, to adopt/approve MDRRMC Resolution No. 2 series of 2023,
entitled “RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL MUNICIPAL DISASTER RISK
