Background
We were instructed to prepare for Mrs S a Skilled Worker visa
application along with applications for her husband and daughter.
The migrants was a national and resident of India.

The applicant received an offer of employment for the position of

store manager in the UK and required assistance on the Certificate
of Sponsorship (CoS) and her visa application.

For a successful Skilled Worker visa application, the Home Office

must be satisfied that the position available is a genuine vacancy
and they must not have reason to believe that the position is a
sham or created to facilitate the applicant’s entry clearance or
permission to stay in the UK.

How we helped
After receiving detailed instructions, we prepared a comprehensive
checklist outlining the documents required for the application to be
prepared and submitted. We reviewed the documents received,
prepared an online application and submitted the application. We
also assisted in arranging biometrics for the applicants.

We prepared a legal representation letter with the application to

detail how all the requirements under Appendix Skilled Worker and
dependants were met.

Result:
The application was submitted using the priority service. We
received confirmation of the grant of the visa within 2 weeks after
their biometrics appointment and the client and her family have
now relocated to the UK.
