Defenition of announcement

An announcement is a statement given to the public or media whose

contents serve as information about things that have happened or
will happen. Announcements can also be in the form of
advertisements. But what differentiates advertisements and
announcements is that advertisements are paid, while
announcements are usually unpaid. When it comes to announcements,
of course there is countless information floating around in a world
where information is king.

Announcements can contain things that are official, ordinary, or even

ridiculous, like the example at the beginning of this article. The
language used is usually polite and easy to understand. Because its
function is so that anyone who reads it can understand the meaning
of the announcement. I wonder if there was an announcement like
that, would people return their plastic bags? Hmm... it seems difficult
to find such a good person.

And it seems like an announcement like that would seem ridiculous

because people would laugh at how careless people were to keep
