EXAMINATION GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS

✓ The test will take place during regular school hours.

✓ The students must report to the school on time at 8:00 am.
✓ Examination schedule and portions for the test have been shared on CoolG.
✓ Exam timings: 9:00 AM to 12:15 PM
✓ Following the exam, dispersal will happen at 12:30 pm.
✓ The non-exam days will be study holidays.
✓ Attendance is mandatory and no retest shall be conducted for any subject. In case
of a medical emergency, the required documents should be submitted to the class
teacher.
✓ Absence from any assessment will result in no marks to the child and in case of an
emergency, prior permission to be sort from the principal.
✓ Student must carry their stationery. No sharing of stationery will be permitted.

EXAMINATION GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS

✓ The students must report to the school at regular time (8:00 AM) and enter the
allotted examination room 15 mins before the commencement of the examination.
✓ Exam timings: 9:00 AM to 12:15 PM
✓ Students must sit as per their seating arrangement and not change their place during
the entire duration of the examination.
✓ Use of whiteners and colours in answer sheets is not allowed. Only blue colour pens
are allowed.
✓ No mobile phones to be carried inside the examination hall/to the school.
✓ Students should not wear smart watches or carry any digital gadgets to school during
the exam days.
✓ No sharing of stationery will be permitted.
✓ Required stationery to be carried by the students to the examination room only in
clear pouches.
✓ In case a student falls sick in between the tenure of an examination, a leave letter
with medical certificate is to be submitted to the Principal’s office indicating the
reason for the same. No re-exam will be conducted.
✓ Students will not be allowed to leave the examination hall till the end of exam time.
✓ If any student is found indulging in any malpractices it will call for strict
consequences.
