For businesses to operate within a country, they are


expected to abide by the rules of the government.

One of these would be tax regulations. As firms


operating within a country, they are expected to
contribute to the provision of public services facilitated by
the government.

In the Philippines, the income tax rates are as follows:

professionals have the option to
instead pay 8% of their total gross
sales exceeding ₱250,000.

tax amounts to 30% of a
