Intelligence Assignment

If a completely valid intelligence criterion was developed, I think that one of the most
important areas of use would be education. Because everyone's learning style is not the same
in which they can get the best performance. Diversification and determination of learning
styles according to this developed intelligence criterion will provide a more beneficial and
more enjoyable educational process for students. I believe that another benefit will be for
students to build a suitable future for themselves. Some people can reveal only a small part of
their potential because they cannot find the profession that suits their intelligence and are not
properly guided. This intelligence criterion can guide such people in what kind of field they
should focus on according to their own intelligence. In addition to the benefits of the job in
determining the profession, I think that it will also contribute to the recruitment dimension
such as human resources. It is important to choose the most suitable employee for the type of
intelligence required by the job in order for the employee to get the highest satisfaction from a
profession and for the employer to receive the greatest contribution from that employee. At
this point, this perfectly valid measure of intelligence would be very useful. The first of the
negative uses would definitely be to cause stigmatization in the society. Just like the strata
formed by socioeconomic classes, classes were formed in society according to the level of
intelligence. In a world where people could use even the smallest things to discriminate, this
would harm both individuals and the integrity of society. I think another negative would be
something similar to the 'expectation effect'. People could lose their motivation to achieve
things they find difficult through hard work; "I'm not smart enough to be able to do this".
Even though I knew that a completely valid intelligence criterion could have many benefits, I
think the negative aspects would have stood out more.
