Thenew Act in its 2nd schedule expanded the scope under
crimes toinclude armed robbery and under civil matters to
include accident matters, including employee's
compensation under the Employee's compensation Act
No. 13,2010.

What is Community Service?
In the Act'sinterpretation sections; Section 8(7)it means:
1. Provision of general information about law and legal

ii. The provision of assistance in preventing or settling
disputes about legal rights and duties.
iii. The provision of assistance in enforcing decisions by
which such disputes are resolved.
