Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

We refer to our disclosure dated 22nd September, 2023, in relation to a demand for payment amounting to
INR 6,28,20,31,726 (Rupees Six Hundred and Twenty Eight Crore Twenty Lakh Thirty One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Twenty Six) received for shortfall of tax paid by Delta Corp Limited (in relation to
Casino Deltin Denzong, Sikkim) from the Directorate General of GST Intelligence, Hyderabad.

Pursuant to a writ petition filed by the Company before the Hon’ble High Court of Sikkim challenging
the above demand, the Hon’ble High Court has by its order dated 20th October 2023 ordered status quo to
be maintained in respect of the demand until the date of next hearing.
