Sub.: Trading Window Closure in connection with approval of audited financial results for the
quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023.
This is to inform that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the
Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the
securities of the Company by its Designated Persons will remain closed from Saturday, September
23, 2023.

The closure is in connection with the finalization and approval of financial results for the quarter and
half year ending September 30, 2023.

The trading window shall be opened 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the said results of the Company are
declared and disseminated to the Stock Exchanges.
