Procedure

• Reservation

- Guest can check room availibility through online booking application like Trivago or in-
person booking at the front desk

- Hotel records the reservation details including guest’s name, contact information,
check in and check out dates, room type and any special request

• Check in

- When guest arrive at the hotel, they visit the reception area

- Guest provide identification and credit card

- The hotel staff verifies the reservation and assigns a room to the guest

- Charge for a security deposit on the guest’s card credit for potential additional charges
- The guest receives a key card

• Check out

- Guest inform the front desk to check out

- The hotel staff reviews the room for any additional charges

- Guest returns the room key
