INTRODUCTION

Workplace diversity is a term used for creating an inclusive work environment.

cultural background,etc. In an inclusive workplace culture, all these individuals differences
among employees are accepted and all employees are treated on an equal basis.

has become more complex. A diversified workforce includes people with variety across a
number of different categories, such as religion, culture, sexual orientation, language,
educational backgrounds, skills and abilities.
