Project Title: To investigate the impact of digitalization at the workplace- a case study of John
Lewis
Project Outline: This research is concerning the impact of digitalization at the workplace in the case
of John Lewis it would effectively analyze the positive and negative impact of
digitalization at the workplace and thus provide the strategies that are required to
overcome the negative impacts.
