AFFIDAVIT OF NON-OPERATION

commenced operations due to a lack of financial capability to support
its operation and a lack of manpower to manage the business.

3. That the stockholders and directors of the corporation intend to

commence operations in the future, contingent upon circumstances
allowing for the same.
