II. Report (Thursday) –


1. Choose two (2) cases related to the specific assigned topic for your report. One (1) old case (any date) and one
(1) latest case (not more than 5 years old jurisprudence).
2. You can be called to report anytime. The topics are in no order. The numbers in the matrix are only for the
purpose of identifying the topics as well as the students’ name.
3. Use visual aids. As to what kind of visual aid, it is up to you.
4. Electronic copy of your report must be submitted on the day of the final examination.
5. There will be Q&A after each report. Your answer to the Q&A will determine your grade.
6. The grade you earn will be added to your class standing which is 30% of your entire grade.
7. Failure to report is equivalent to a grade of 68.
8. Report starts on February 23, 2023. The first topic is the Requirement before Admission to the Bar and
Judiciary. Once the first topic is finished, I will call another topic. Again, let me remind you that the topics do
not have any order. So be ready to report.
