1. What is the minimum order quantity of chicken under different categories


The minimum quantity order quantity of Chicken under different categories are 10 Kg
per individual item.

2. Is the frozen chicken similar in quality to those purchased from the wet market (or other
sources)
The frozen chicken is actually having better quality with respect to its taste and nutrition
as the earliest freezing of the meat after the slaughter of the birds and its effective
packaging preserves its nutrition and prevents oxidation.

3. Who assures the quality of the meat procured through the App
The quality of the supplied meat is periodically analysed, recorded and maintained
according to the FSSAI standards by the meat processing units. Also, the maintenance of
optimum temperature during its transport, storage and distribution etc are assured by our
renowned cold chain logistics partner.

4. What is the temperature at which the frozen chicken is stored


The frozen chicken is usually stored at temperatures -180C or lower.

5. How long the frozen chicken can be stored once it is received by us


The frozen Chicken can be stored in a refrigerator at a temperature lower than 40C for a
maximum period of 1-2 days.

6. Are there any procedures to be followed before the frozen chicken are to be cooked
The frozen chicken should be thawed for few hours outside or dipping in water.
Alternatively, it can be thawed by putting in a refrigerator preferably for a period of 24
hours.
7. What is the maximum storage period for frozen chicken
The maximum storage period for frozen chicken is 12 months for whole chicken and 9
months for cut chicken.

8. What will be the time lapse of the chicken procured through this App after the bird has
been killed
The time lapse of the chicken procured through this App after the bird has been killed will
be from one week to two weeks.

FAQ 1.
