Under OUOPS Memorandum No. 2023-04-6762 or the Guidelines on the Utilization and Reporting of the FY 2023 DPRP Funds, particularly Annex A or the Implementing Guidelines on the Use of the FY 2023 DPRP Funds for Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs), the following is an allowable expense: “h. Payment of One-+time load expenses of the School Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Coordinator in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (PhP 1,000.00) for one School Year;” 3. Relative thereto, this Office shall set a deadline on November 20, 2023 for all eligible School Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Coordinators (one per school) to submit the following requirements in original and two (2) photocopies: a. Certification on the use of load expense for communication purposes related to DRRM (Enclosure A); and b. Copy of Official Receipt.
