1. Describe the possible operational process dashboard to fulfill this need.

Operational Dashboard, provides real time at glance information about the ongoing
processes and activities within an organization, operational dashboard is specifically the
pharmacy needs in monitoring prescription processing and pick up deadlines through
out the day.

2. Draw a sample graph/figure to illustrate your answer to item #1.

3. Assuming that the owner of the given process oversees hundreds of pharmacies distributed
across multiple regions. Specify what performance measures should be displayed and describe
how they could be displayed in order to help the process owner spot issues related to poor
customer service.

Average processing-time. Display the average time it takes for a prescriptions to move through
the entire workflow. Identify pharmacies with slower service. Use line chart that can illustrate
trends.
