Looks like Water Hyacinth, but BETTER!

In Vietnam, the banana industry produces large amounts of organic waste,

with only about 20% of the plant being used (the fruit & the leaves) while the
rest (banana trunk) is discarded after harvest. We don’t want to waste such
promising natural fiber!

After sometimes researching and advancing our technique, we officially

include Banana fiber as one of our natural materials for our products.

Characteristic:
- Appearance: Pale to honey yellow, quite shiny
- Biodegradable!
- Good modulus of elasticity, tensile strength, and stiffness
- Low density and strong moisture absorption quality
- Contain pathogenesis proteins, which possess antimicrobial properties

 Manufacturing process
01. INQUIRY
We gather information to better understand your company and your upcoming projects, which helps
us give you proper consultations.

02. PROPOSAL
Once we fully understand your project requirements, we will work with our Production team within 2-3
days on a detailed proposal includes prices, timeline and other related information.

03. SAMPLING
Once you agree with our proposal, we will start making samples. Our Production team will monitor the
sampling process, the samples will be tested and adjusted until they meet your requirements.

04. PRODUCTION & QC

Once the samples are approved, we will work on the mass production. Our QC team will conduct the
Wholesale policy
testing in terms of specification, functions, whether or not they resemble the approved sample, and
