    DECLARATION

    I, the undersigned, Vladyslav Latyshov (NEPTUN code: A1T6UQ) student of Budapest Business School,

    hereby declare

    that the Russian-Ukrainian war that started on 24 February 2022 directly affects me and my social situation as a
    Ukrainian or Ukrainian-Hungarian citizen.

    Under its rules and regulations, the University has opened an extraordinary social grant scheme for students of
    Ukrainian and Ukrainian-Hungarian nationality affected by the war. The students concerned may receive a one-
    off grant of up to HUF 300,000 per semester to alleviate the unexpected deterioration of their social situation.

    By signing this declaration, I declare that I will use the grant awarded to me by the University for the autumn
    semester of the academic year 2023/2024 solely for the purpose of improving my social circumstances, due to
    my needs as described above.

    I make this voluntary declaration in accordance with the requirements of honesty and good faith and in full
    awareness of my civil and criminal liability.
