John Wayne Gacy

He was born in Chicago on March 17, 1942. Son of John Stanley and Marion Gacy. He
was frequently beaten by his alcoholic father who also called him homosexual. As a
child, he suffered a head injury, which later caused him constant fainting spells. He
seemed an exemplary man; He worked as a chef in a restaurant, later he worked in a
company called PMD Constructor. He was well known in his neighborhood for being a
good person who visited sick children in the hospital dressed as a clown and other social
work. In 1968, a teenager named Mark Miller accused him of having sexually abused
him, and months later Gacy received a 10-year sentence, but due to his good behavior,
he was released on July 18, 1970. Due to his imprisonment, his wife divorced him.
Sometime after he got out of jail, he was arrested again, for forcing a boy to perform
sexual acts. But the charges were dropped a few months later. On June 1, 1972, Gacy
married Carole Hoff.
