TASK 1 (Expresión oral)

● You have 10 minutes to prepare your talk. You can write notes or make a brief plan of what you
are going to say.

● Ask your teacher the meaning of the words and expressions you don’t know.

● Talk to the examiners for about 4 – 6 minutes. You can use your notes during your talk, but you
cannot read them aloud. Your production will be recorded.

According to a recent survey, people in big cities find it difficult to socialize and meet
prospective partners. Internet dating is seen by many as a solution to this problem.

● What Internet dating sites have to offer
● Dangers of Internet dating
● How the Internet has affected the way we socialize

Our world runs on electricity. We can get the electricity we need from traditional fossil fuels
(coal, gas and oil), nuclear power plants, hydroelectric plants or renewable sources of energy.
