inception. Despite its success, the college is currently facing a number of
challenges that could threaten its future. This essay will examine the background
of Bloomfield College, the problem statement it is facing, the potential audiences,
and the steps the college should take to ensure its future success.The systems
that will be discussed are: The registration system is used to process

involved in a system. The UCD shows the different activities that need to be performed
in order to accomplish a given task. It can also be used to identify potential problems
and design solutions.
Database Structure (ERD): An Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD) is a type of
diagram used to represent the data entities, their attributes, and the relationships
between them in a database. The ERD helps to identify the various components of the
database and how they are related to each other.
User Interface: A User Interface (UI) is a set of tools that allows users to interact with a
system. The UI includes elements such as menus, buttons, forms, and other controls
that allow users to interact with the system. The UI should be designed with the user in
mind, to ensure that the user experience is intuitive and enjoyable.
