Osborn wave or “J” wave

(Also called camel-hump sign, late delta wave)

J wave is eponymously associated with John Jay Osborn

(1917-2014).
It is a positive deflection at the J point, seen prominently in
precordial leads; it is a feature of HYPOTHERMIA.
It may also occur in - benign early repolarization,
hypercalcemia, Brugada syndrome.
