    Concert Band

    Good Evening, my name is Ash and I play the flute. We are excited to have you
    here for our Winter Band Concert. A reminder to please stay off of your phones
    during tonight’s performance. Your students have worked hard on their concert
    tonight, so please be respectful during their performance.

    Good evening, my Name is Sanyah and I play the Flute. Our first piece of the
    night is Siberian Sleigh Ride. This piece is based on “Troika” from the five
    movement Suite, Lieutenant Kije. A “Troika” is a Russian 3 horse open Sleigh.

    Good evening, My name is Caden and I play the Euphonium. This next piece is
    one you already know. Made popular by Dean Martin, we hope you enjoy, Let It
    Snow!

    7th Grade Symphonic


    Good evening, my name is Randall and I play the Trumpet. Our Next piece we are
    performing tonight is Asian Folk Rhapsody. This three-movement piece is based
    on 3 Asian folk songs, The bamboo flute, Sakura, and Koren Folk Song.

    Good evening, my name is Ursula and I play the trumpet. Our final piece tonight
    is a dark take on some old holiday classics. We hope you enjoy, Santa the
    Barbarian.
