Installation and Operation

1.1 Prepare a long table or wooden platform to place the rebar on the left and right sides of the
machine with the height equal to the level of the blade mouth groove. This will make it
easier to drag the rebar into the grooves of the blade. The steel bar is not rubbed against
the blade groove or the blade body, resulting in a long blade life.
1.2 In the case that the machine is a model that uses 380 volts, 3 wires, when the power cord is
connected, turn the arrow switch to ON. The motor will work. See if the motor rotates in
the correct direction or not by the arrow attached to the back of the motor If it's the wrong
,turn the arrow to OFF and switch wires on only one pair of bridges. and turn on the
machine again the motor will rotate in the correct direction.
1.3 Connect the ground cable for safety.

1.4 How to cut steel

1.4.1 When the steel enters the blade groove, adjust the support to be as close to the steel as
possible. to make the rebar, Doesn't run away when the blade cuts. (This may be
dangerous for nearby workers and may cause the blades to Run away from each other
from the side causing wear and tear on the machine. and damaged faster)
1.4.2 Pull the cutting lever to the right. The blade moves out to cut the rebar.
1.4.3 Return the lever to its original position when the rebar is cut. The blade will move
back to its original position.
2. Grease for lubrication.

2.1 Grease filling, which has 3 positions, as shown in Figure 5 and Figure 6, using a grease
cylinder. Record every day before work. Always follow the instructions attached to the
machine or your machine may be damaged and deteriorates faster, causing work to be
delayed.
3. How to change hydraulic oil

3.1 Change the hydraulic oil every 3,000 working hours.

3.2 Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the lock screw (No. 1) as shown in Figure 7.
3.3 Remove the overhaul ring screw (No. 2).
3.4 Lift the machine cover (item 3).
3.5 Remove the oil drain screw (No. 5) to drain the hydraulic oil.
3.6 When all the oil has been drained, use thread tape to wrap the oil drain screw and put it
back in its original place.
3.7 Open the oil filler cap (No. 4) and fill with hydraulic oil No. 10W or ISO 32, keeping
the oil level approximately 5 centimeters below the tank cap.
