1. PURPOSE
The purpose of this document is to understand the procedure to prepare a product by
following the standards.

2. SCOPE
The scope included the preparation activity of product in assembly line of XYZ
industry.
This document did not cover the method and parameters of process adopted for
product preparation

3. DEFINITIONS
XYZ – Machine name use to cut the product
ABC – Assembly line detail where product is prepare

4. RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervisor of floor is responsible to follow the activities define in this SOP to prepare
the product by managing the workers and allocate the resources accordingly.
Assistant Manager is responsible to prepare the daily production report and record
the data in wastage sheet. Also carry out the root cause in case of any abnormality
Manager is response to implement the SOP and do the follow up with immediate
team.

5. SPECIFIC PROCEDURE
STEP 1
PPC will provide the plan and material will be issue accordingly
STEP 2
Material issuance request (MIR) is provided to store for material issuance.
STEP 3
Material inspection at the initial stage is carried out to verify its quality according to
specification
