Cameron
Cameron (NYSE:CAM) Cameron is a leading provider of flow equipment products, systems and
services to worldwide oil, gas and process industries. The Company has annual bookings in excess
of $4.7 billion, 11 operating divisions, more than 55 respected brands and 15,000 employees.
Within the Cameron family Measurement Systems is part of the Valves and Measurement group,
a highly respected supplier of products and systems that measure, control and direct the flow of
oil and gas from the wellhead to the refinery.
Houston, TX
Divisional Headquarters
Measurement Systems Division
Cameron’s Measurement Systems division designs, manufactures and distributes measurement,
quality, and control instrumentation for the global oil & gas and process control industries.
The Division was first established in 2003 as NuFlo Measurement Systems, which was itself
the result of merger of three well-respected measurement companies: Barton Instrument
Systems, Halliburton Measurement Systems and PMC Global Industries. Since being acquired
by Cameron in 2005 the Measurement Systems division has successfully executed its own
Duncan, OK
Technology Center acquisition strategy that has dramatically broadened its product and capability portfolios and
supported its phenomenal growth.
Two such strategic acquisitions include Caldon, Inc. and Jiskoot Limited. Caldon is a premier
supplier of ultrasonic metering solutions and Jiskoot is the world leader in sampling and
blending systems for oil and gas applications. These two business units are the core of the
Division’s push to establish itself in fiscal and custody transfer applications such as LNG Storage,
Ship Loading & Unloading and FSPO’s. Other acquisitions include PRIME Measurement Products,
City of Industry, CA North Star Flow Products and the technologies of Polartek 2000 Ltd. and Sentech AS.
Industrial Products Tech Center
The result of these synergistic mergers is a premier measurement solutions entity with decades
of experience, a loyal and consistent customer base and a combination of competitive strengths
that include field-proven product brands, worldwide sales and distribution channels and globally
situated teams of instrumentation professionals.
Cameron’s Measurement Systems division is a world leader in five key product and/or capability
sectors including DPU products, turbine meters and totalizers; and sampling and blending.
Pittsburgh, PA The Division is also raising the bar for ultrasonic flow metering and electronic flow
Caldon® Ultrasonics Tech Center measurement. Our flagship product brands include BARTON, NUFLO, CLIF MOCK, CALDON
and JISKOOT and the strategy going forward is to strengthen our manufactured product lines
and technical capabilities through internal development and strategic acquisitions.

Industrial Products (Formerly Prime Measurement Products, LLC)

In a move that reunited the oil and gas assets with the process control assets of ITT Barton,
the acquisition of PRIME Measurement Products expanded the Division’s reach into the nuclear,
Calgary, AB bulk distribution, military/defense and industrial control markets.

Sealed Sensor Systems

Model 350 Sealed Sensor

The M350 consists of a M224C DPU with a 1-inch pipe
nipple rear-welded to the DPU. The nipple is 8 inches long
and can be attached directly to a pressure tap at the
bottom of a tank. An optional flange, welded to the
nipple, is available as an alternative tank fitting. If a
reference leg is needed, it may be field-installed.

Turbine Meters

NuFlo Gas and Liquid Turbine Meters

First developed in 1957, turbine meters are rugged and field-proven
and have developed technically alongside the requirements of
the international oil & gas and process control industries.
Today, NuFlo turbine meters have an unsurpassed reputation
for withstanding severe environmental punishment while
maintaining operational and measurement integrity.

Barton Gas and Liquid Turbine Meters

For more than 30 years Barton has been at the
forefront of turbine meter commercialization
and continues to be a respected and innovative
supplier of meters for fiscal measurement
applications. Common to all Barton turbine meters
is symmetrical design for balanced flow forces;
bi-directional flow measurement capability; high
repeatability; large bearing surfaces for long
maintenance cycles; long blades and small hubs for
low pressure drops; high integrity bodies with no
dynamic seals; convenient magnetic pick-ups that do not
require external power.

Transmitters

FCX A/C Series Electronic Transmitters

Barton’s experience in providing capacitance-based
measuring devices has culminated in the development of
the FCX A/C series of transmitters. A single silicon crystal
etched to exacting standards is at the core of our latest
generation product. This micro-capacitance silicon sensor
negates the effects of hysteresis and long term fatigue
and allows for extraordinary accuracy.

Totalziers & Flow Analyzers

NuFlo Family of MC Totalizers

With more than a quarter of a million units in operation, in
applications around the world, Cameron is the undeniable
leader in the design and manufacture of totalizers and flow
analyzers. The NuFlo MC™ Family of Flow Electronics
delivers a broad range of functionality and capability from
the straightforward MC-I Totalizer, which provides rate and
flow, to the MC-III EXP Flow Analyzer, which utilizes
Modbus® communications to download extensive archival
logs in less than a minute. MC Flow Analyzers are ideal for
use with NuFlo's comprehensive line of turbine meters or
any other turbine brands on the market.

Inventory Management Systems

CryoScan / DataScan Telemetry Systems

The CryoScan® 51 (CS51/DS51) Telemetry System combines up-to-the-minute
accuracy in product level and pressure measurement with a communications
system that optimizes inventory management and product delivery cycles. The
remote telemetry unit (RTU) calculates the level of product inside a tank using
pressure measurements from its integral sensor and/or 4-20 mA inputs, and
stores the information in data logs. The logged data is transmitted regularly
to a computer for on-screen viewing or printing for quick and easy analysis.
Built-in alarms alert the operator when a parameter drops to a user-specified
setpoint. An operator can also run a status report “on demand” for
instantaneous data monitoring.
The CryoScan / DataScan’s continuous monitoring and alarm system helps
eliminate the risk of running out of product. It also minimizes the need for
"extra" product deliveries to ensure that tank levels do not become critically low.
For companies that manage multiple mediums and/or multiple storage sites, and
applications the CryoScan / DataScan is a highly practical and
cost-efficient solution.
