2. Share conflict scenarios; participants choose strategies aligning with conflict
styles to resolve them.
3. Participants mark squares corresponding to the conflict style and strategy they
believe suits the scenario best.
4. The first to complete a full row or column by marking squares aligning with a
conflict style and its strategies calls out "Bingo!"
5. Validate the winning card by explaining how each marked strategy applies to
earlier conflict scenarios.
