1. What is an instructional plan? Give at least 3 importance of instructional plan in the


teaching- learning process.
 Instructional plan is a process of the teacher using appropriate curricula,
instructional strategies, resources and data during the planning process to address
the diverse needs of students. It is a systematic guide that outlines the structure
and details of a teaching session or course. Its importance in the teaching learning
process includes enhancing organization, ensuring curriculum coverage, and
promoting effective communication between educators and learners.

2. Define each domain:


a. Cognitive domain
 The cognitive domain encompasses mental processes involved in acquiring and
utilizing knowledge, progressing through levels like remembering, understanding,
applying, analyzing, evaluating, and creating.
b. Psychomotor domain
 The psychomotor domain deals with physical skills and coordination, progressing
from basic movements to more complex actions. These domains, outlined by
Bloom's Taxonomy, provide a comprehensive framework for understanding and
categorizing educational objectives across different dimensions of learning.
c. Affective domain
 The affective domain involves the emotional and attitudinal aspects of learning,
encompassing feelings, values, and motivation.

Reflective Essay about my Teaching Demonstration

Teaching is like putting puzzle pieces together. My teaching demonstration taught me a


lot about this puzzle called education. Planning the lesson was like drawing a map. I had to
think about what I wanted students to learn, how to teach it, and be ready to change if things
didn't go as planned. During my first demonstration I encountered many challenges like how
can I face my fears and I don’t have a lot of confidence to conduct the demonstration
teaching successfully.
After the demonstration lessons, I felt relieved and happy. Relieved because “I made it!”
I had overcome my fears. One big lesson was about feedback. It's not just about me telling
them stuff; they also tell me things. This back-and-forth helps everyone learn better. But it
wasn't just about teaching facts. It was also about managing the class, like being a captain of
a team. I had to find a balance between being in charge and being someone they felt
comfortable with. My first demonstration was a blend of challenges and triumphs. It
reinforced the idea of that teaching is not about connecting with audience.

In conclusion, my demonstration teaching experience was a journey of self-discovery


and growth. It underscored the dynamic nature of teaching, where adaptability, feedback, and
effective classroom management are as crucial as the content itself. I didn’t expect that I
survive and I made it successfully. My teaching experience was like finding a new path. I
learned that teaching is not just about what you know but how you share it. It's a mix of
planning, adapting, and making sure everyone feels like they belong.
