A terceira pessoa do singular nada mais é do que os pronomes HE, SHE e


IT.
Lembrando que HE significa ELE, SHE significa ELA e IT é usado para uma
série de coisas.
Esse tempo verbal é, de modo geral, o tempo verbal que fala sobre o
presente. Ou seja, ele geralmente se refere ao momento atual. Na teoria, ele
não serve para falar sobre o passado (coisas que já aconteceram) ou o futuro
