    Before we start, I must advise that under the General Data Protection Regulations
    2018, that all our calls and videos are recorded and may be reviewed later to check
    and confirm the details you have given.

    Should you wish to review our full Data Processing notice, this is accessible on our
    company website, alternatively I can email a copy to you if you wish? This notice
    covers what information we collect, why we request the data, along with our legal
    obligations and your rights under the regulations. I can however advise that Allied
    Universal will only share your information with our instructing clients, Aviva, or within
    our requirements of the Data Protection Act.
