GB External Cooling System

The connection of the EXTERNAL COOLING SYSTEM to the standard hydraulic tank is very easy
and needs only a little bit of attention.
1. Place the hydraulic cooling system on the side of the main hydraulic tank
2. Connect one of the 1” hose from the tank to the pump of the cooling system
3. Connect the other 1” hose between the tank and the radiator
IT DOESN’T MATTER WHICH ONE
4. Fix the thermostat’s probe inside the tank by using the apposite hole
The hydraulic connection is already over !!

5. As the thermostat’s probe is been already placed inside the tank, now it’s necessary to
connect the cable “THERMOSTAT” (from the electric box) to the thermostat. Connect the 2
wires between “C” and “2”.

7. Open the CNC electronic cabinet on the punching machine located on its left side and find
the terminal board located just on the right side of the “QF1” switch. Connect the wire “L+” (from
the electric box) to the terminal board section with label “+”; connect the wire “L-” (from the
electric box) to the terminal board section with label “-”. If there’s no free position connect them
with another wire in a busy position

8. There is another wire called “IF92”, this is not used so please close it.
