12 5. Heat exchangers shall comply with NR13 - Caldeiras e Vasos de Pressão (Boilers and Pressure Vessels) regulatory standard from Brazilian Labor.
13 6. Heat exchangers shall be certified by BV according to Class rules.
14 7. All pressure containing joints of heat exchangers shall be full radiographed.
15 8. All process nozzle shall be able to withstand the loads as per PESDMETS999009-002, MECHANICAL UNFIRED PRESSURE VESSEL SPECIFICATION table 6.3.7-1.
16 9. Heat exchangers shall be designed for the specifed motion and acceleration as per PESDPMPF999001A1, GENERAL CONDITION & DATA RevA1.
17 10. Pressure retaining parts, load bearing parts and pressure vessel attachments shall be supplied with an EN 10204 3.1 certificate as a minimum. All other parts shall be supplied with
18 01 2.2 certificate.
19 11. Localized stresses and deformations in the vessel wall due to concentrated loads caused by external and/or internal structural attachment, piping reactions, etc. shall be evaluated with
20 WRC 107/297 or FEA methods. The acceptance criteria shall be in accordance with ASME codes.
21 12. Refer to Process Datasheet 001.17056.000028-AK004-00 for information required for thermal design.
22 Heat exchanger shall be designedconsidering the following design cases:

26 13. Full MP or LP on all welded load carrying attachments, like lifting lugs and pipe/platform supports 01 01
27 14. The heat exchanger sketch on page 4 is only a general representative of the equipment. For details, please refer to the latest General Arrangement Drawing.
