OBJECTIVE

The primary objectives of this project are as follows:

• To determine the pH level of coconut water.


• To analyze the nutritional content of coconut water,
including the presence of vitamins and minerals.
• To compare the nutritional content of coconut water with
other common beverages.
MATERIALS AND
METHODOLOGY
Materials:
• Fresh coconuts
• Litmus paper
• Laboratory glassware
• Reagents for nutritional analysis
• Standard beverages for comparison Methodology:
1. Collect fresh coconuts and extract coconut water.
2. Measure the pH of the coconut water using a pH meter.
3. Analyze the nutritional content of coconut water through
chemical tests for vitamins and minerals.
4. Compare the results with the nutritional content of standard
beverages.
