PRIOR NOTICE FOR

COMPROMISE AGREEMENT
Plaintiff unto this Honorable Samll Claims Court, respectfully avers
that:

1. On 11 September 2023, a Comprise Agreement of Plaintiff’s

Initiatory Proposal for the Defendants were sent by the plaintiff

 before this Honorable Court via registered mail. (Attached

herwith is the machine copy of the registered mail receipt for

perusal.);

2. That the defendants named therein to wit: MARJORIE GARCIA

TAGLE, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and with postal

address at 40 Blk 98 Lot 24 Kagitingan Pasinaya Prime North Brgy,

Sabang Naic Cavite; GLIZZLE MAGPUGAY PAREDES, of legal

age, Single , Filipino citizen and with postal address 286 Aguinaldo

High wayRotonda, Panapaan V Bacoor, Cavite; GENESIS A.

DEVERATURDA, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and with

postal address at Blk 14 Lot 47 Sanmara Subdivision Brgy. Mulawin

Tanza, Cavite were foma;lly notified that the plaintiff is amenable of

settling the claim for sum of money provided and stipulated in the

compromise agreement. (Attached herewith is the Orignal Copy of

the proposed Compromise Agreement which forms and integral paert

of this instrument.);

3. That the Plaintiff have taken into consideration to settle the

claim for sum of money as follows:

For MARJORIE GARCIA TAGLE, herein referred to as the

Defendant, specifically sought that: “Plaintiff shall be paid the sum

 of THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE THOUSAND ONE

HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX PESOS (PHP 339, 126.00)

Philippine currency in accordance with the following schedule:

a. Initial payment – of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY

THOUSAND PESOS (php 150,000.00), Philippine currency

shall be paid to the plaintiff by the defendant upon due execution

of a Compromise Agreement, Provided, however, that the initial

payment by the defendant shall be delivered into the custody anof

the plaintiff;

b. That the balance shall be paid by defendant within fifteen

(15) days after the date of the first payment.

2. That the initial payment by defendant shall be made in

cash. The payment on the balance shall be covered by an agreement

and be paid at the option and convinience of the palintiff;”

For GLIZZLE MAGPUGAY PAREDES, herein referred to

as the Defendant, specifically sought that:

“Plaintiff shall be paid the sum of TWO HUNDRED

TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND AND FOUR HUNDRED

SEVENTY PESOS (PHP 227, 470.00) Philippine currency plus the

legal interest rate of six percent (6%) per annum estimated at the rate
 of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 30, 000.00), actual and

exemplary damages amounting to FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS

(PHP 50,000.00) in accordance with the following schedule:

a. Initial payment – of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY

THOUSAND PESOS (php 150,000.00), Philippine currency shall

be paid to the plaintiff by the defendant upon due execution of a

Compromise Agreement, Provided, however, that the initial payment

by the defendant shall be delivered into the custody anof the

plaintiff;

b. That the balance shall be paid by defendant within fifteen

(15) days after the date of the first payment.

2. That the initial payment by defendant shall be made in

cash. The payment on the balance shall be covered by an agreement

For GENESIS A. DEVERATURDA, herein referred to as the

Defendant, specifically sought that:

“ Plaintiff shall be paid the sum of THIRTY THOUSAND

NINE HUNDRED SIXTY (PHP 30, 960.00) Philippine currency

plus the legal interest rate of six percent (6%) per annum estimated

at the rate of THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS

(PHP 3, 800.00), moral damages of TEN THOUSAND PESOS

(PHP 10, 000.00);actual and exemplary damages amounting to

FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 50,000.00) in accordance with

the following schedule:

a. Initial payment – THIRTY THOUSAND NINE

HUNDRED SIXTY (PHP 30, 960.00), Philippine currency shall be

paid to the plaintiff by the defendant upon due execution of a

Compromise Agreement, Provided, however, that the initial payment

by the defendant shall be delivered into the custody anof the

plaintiff;

b. That the balance shall be paid by defendant within fifteen

(15) days after the date of the first payment.

2. That the initial payment by defendant shall be made in cash.

The payment on the balance shall be covered by an agreement

and be paid at the option and convinience of the palintiff;”

4. That the plaintiff signed below and move this Court to

consider the Comproise Agreement deemed appropriate and

necessary for settlement of the claim for sum of money relative to

the foregoing;
 WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully

prayed that this Prior Notice for Compromise Agreement be granted

in favor of the Plaintiff.
