NOTICE OF EXECUTION
TO: RICARDO ESPIRITU and all persons claiming possession
under his authority,
4716 Balagtas St., Don Galo, Parañaque City.

GREETINGS:

By virtue of the Writ of Execution dated May 20, 2021, issued by this
Honorable Court in the above-entitled case, copy of which hereto attached
and serve upon you. You are given five (5) days from receipt hereof to:
1. voluntarily vacate the premises you are presently occupying
located at 4716 Balagtas St., Don Galo, Parañaque City;
2. immediately pay the plaintiff Two Thousand Pesos (Php2,000.00)
per month starting July 2019 until the property is fully vacated in
the amount of Sixty Two Thousand Pesos(Php62,000.00), plus;
3. attorney’s fee amounting to Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00),
plus;
4. cost of the suit amounting to Three Thousand Two Hundred Twenty
Pesos (Php3,220.00), and;
5. legal fees amounting to Two Thousand Two Hundred Six Pesos and
Sixty Cents (Php2,206.60), For a total of Two Hundred Seventeen
Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Two Pesos (Php72,426.60).

Failure on your part to do so, the undersigned will be constrained to

put into force and effect the said order and carry it out to the limit
provided by law to satisfy said writ.
