1. This offer letter is applicable for your joining effective from 15 Jan 2024

2. You shall be employed by the Company as Executive - Learning & Development or in such other position

as the Company may determine from time to time. In this role you shall report to Project Manager -

Skilling & Employment of Vision India Services Private Limited.

3. Your place of work shall initially be the Company's Office at Noida however, it is expressly understood that

your services are transferable to any of our affiliated companies either outside or within India.

4. Compensation will be as per Annexure – I less statutory taxes, which shall be deducted at source. All

payments will be made by direct bank credit transfer by equal monthly instalments.

5. All payments made to you shall be subject to the withholding of taxes under the applicable laws.

6. Successful completion of your joining, your employment may be terminated by you by giving the Company

(vice versa) at least 1 month notice in writing or in the discretion and at the option of the Company, 1

month’s basic salary in lieu of such notice.

7. You shall maintain utmost confidentiality about any information/business interest of the company/group

companies, during the course of association and at all times in future. You will apply and maintain the

highest standards of personal conduct and integrity with utmost honesty and diligence. Please do sign the
