COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

UNDERSIGNED PARTIES: LIAHKIM B. YAO, of legal age, Single and a resident of 16R Molave Tower PGMH,
Penafrancia, Paco, Manila, hereinafter referred to as Complainant;

-and-

GUILLERMO R. OSORIO, JR., of legal age, married and a resident of 1640 A-1 Zamora St., Paco, Manila, hereinafter
referred to as Accused.

AGREE as follows:

1. For purposes of settling the civil aspect of the above-entitled case, the Accused shall undertake the repair
and repainting of the damaged parts of the Suzuki Celerio 2018 Hatch Back with Plate No. NBC6953
owned by the Complainant, to the Repair Shop ("Casa") chosen by the latter;

2. Failure of the Accused to comply with the terms and conditions of this compromise agreement shall
entitle the Complainant to file a Motion for a Writ of Execution and the revival of the criminal aspect of
this case; and

3. That the Complainant shall undertake all the necessary actions to terminate the above-entitled case upon
full compliance of the Accused to the terms and conditions of this Compromise Agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have mutually and voluntarily agreed to the above stipulations
and signed this Agreement at Philippine Mediation Center Las Pinas City this 29th day of August 2023 for the
consideration and approval of the Honorable Court.
