21st CONVOCATION 2024

NOTIFICATION

The 21st Convocation of Assam University will be held in month of March, 2024 (tentative) in Assam
University, Silchar campus.
The Degree that will be conferred in the 21st Convocation is as follows:
1. M.Phil and Ph.D: Degree Notified on and from 30/12/2022 till the last date of submission of Application
form for entering into 21st Convocation, 2024.
2. All other Courses: - Candidates passed out in-
(a) Post Graduate Courses: Odd Semester December, 2022 & Even Semester May, 2023.
(b) Integrated/Under Graduate/B. Voc. Courses: Odd Semester December, 2022 & Even Semester July,
2023.
(c) Three Years Degree Course-
(i) Non-CBCS, Even Semester, December 2022 (Exam held in March, 2023).
(ii) CBCS, End Sem. (Even) September 2022 (TDC).
(iii) CBCS, End Sem. (Odd) January 2023 (TDC).
(d) Professional Courses:
(i) B.Ed.-Odd Semester March, 2023 & Even Semester August, 2023.
(ii) Law- Odd Semester March, 2023 & Even Semester August, 2023.
(e) Bachelor of Vocation (Information Technology):
(i) CBCS, End Sem. (Even) September 2022 (TDC)
(ii) CBCS, End Sem. (Odd) January 2023 (TDC).

The Candidates, who are eligible and willing to attend the Convocation should apply online for
Registering in the prescribed Online Form available in https://www.ausexamination.ac.in w.e.f 12:30pm of 18th
January 2024 onwards. Last date of submission of application forms along with all supporting documents is 28th
January 2024 upto 12:00 midnight.

The Fee Structure for registering into 21st Convocation is as follows:

i) For, those willing to participate PHYSICALLY-Rs.2800/-+ payment gateway charge as applicable.
ii) For, those, cannot participate physically-Rs.2000/-+ payment gateway charge as applicable.

The amount paid is non-refundable. Application fee of candidates who are not eligible as per Para.2 above
for 21st Convocation 2024, will not be refunded. Candidates are requested to use "RuPay" Debit Card or
“Internet Banking” for payment of fees through payment Gateway. The students willing to attend the
Convocation physically will receive Hall Ticket in due course of time.
There will be a Rehearsal on the day before convocation at Assam University, Silchar Campus for those
attending the Convocation physically. Applicants must report to the University Campus by 10:30 A.M. for the
same and for collection of Convocation Dress. Participation in the rehearsal is compulsory for all candidates
who are willing to attend the Convocation physically.
Students not willing to attend the Convocation may apply for the Original Certificate after Convocation as
per normal procedure.
Those who apply for the Convocation and unable to collect the Certificates on notified dates shall have to
collect the original Certificate within one month from the date of Convocation.

with a request to publish the same as a news item only.
