Que.1:- Tell me about your self ?

Ans:- Good morning, As a first step let me thank you for allowing
me to introduce my self. my name is Narayan Tripathi and I am
from Birsinghpur. I am 20 years old. including myself. I have 5
family members – my Father my mother and my 2 siblings. My
father is a priest and my mother is a house wife. I completed class
10th in 2020 from govt boys higher sec. school Birsinghpur and class
12th in April 2022 at same school. Now I currently pursing a
diploma in mechanical branch from Govt. poly. College satna. My
strength are that I am punctual, dedicated,and hard working. My
hobbies are playing instrumental music and reading story books
and spending time with my friends and family members. I want to
work in a field I’m passionate about. Company with a good
reputation in the long run,I would like to achieve a good position in
a reputed company. Thank you!

Que.2:- What is your strength and weaknesses?

Ans:- Having worked brilliantly and continuously learning from
mistakes. I am extremely motivated and honest. Those are my
strengths . and my weakness is speaking in English. However, I
improved my self. But I still feel I need work more on that.

Que.3:-Why should I hire you?

Ans:- Sir as a Fresher , I Wanted to learn so many things from your
company when I was a student. I know a few things ; however. I am
interested in learning something new. Which is why I would like to
work for your company as an employee.

Que.4:- What is the difference between hardwork and innovative

work?
Ans:- Hard work is work that is done with effort and determination.
Innovative work is work that is done with intelligence and skill.

Que.5:- what are your goals?

Ans:- In the short term , I hope to get a job in a reputed company
where I can gain more knowledge and develop my skills to help me
in the future. My long term goal is to become more responsible and
knowledgeable and achieve a good position in this organization.

Que.6:- give me an example of your creativity?

Ans:- In my opinion managing my time well and completing all tasks
are examples of creativity. However, I have to do things my way to
achieve good results.
