Check Fly-Away Kit (FAK) content IAW FAK content list and instructions located on the FAK and

2 Drain sample from fuel tank sumps. Check for water content IAW AMM 12-11-03.
Ensure hydraulic systems are full by EICAS and service IAW AMM 12-12-01 as required. (Record
3 uplift on sector page).
Service APU Oil to full IAW AMM 12-13-04 (Record uplift on sector page).

5 Lubricate Left Main Gear Brake Rods IAW AMM 12-21-14. (MPD: 32-089-00)

6 Lubricate Right Main Gear Brake Rods IAW AMM 12-21-14. (MPD: 32-089-00)

7 Clean Passenger Cabin Temperature Sensor Filters and Filter Covers IAW AMM 21-61-00.
General check passenger seats for condition:
(a) Check seat covers for obvious damage (such as cuts and loose stitching).
(b) Check food trays for security or attachment in stowed position.
8 (c) Check life jacket pockets under seat have a life jacket installed and are properly closed with strap
(d) Check seatbelts for obvious damage.
(e) Check recline mechanism for proper function.

Check all galley and toilet faucets for operation and adequate flow. Check galley and toilet washbasin

drain plugs are clear.

Fwd & Aft Cargo Compartments – Inspect (general visual) the cargo compartment floor, ceiling and

sidewall panels/liners for holes/ tears, condition and security IAW AMM 25-52-00. (MPD: 25-035-01)

Flight Deck Emergency Torches. Ensure quantity two present and operationally check for

serviceability Flight Deck Torches.

Check the Doctor's kit expiry date noted on the seal. If the expiration date is within 4 weeks, create
12
an ADD for replacement.

13 Carry out wing/body duct leak test IAW AMM 26-18-00-715-001-001.

Visually inspect the Portable fire extinguishers for proper pressure and condition. Ensure bottles are
14
fully charged.

Operationally check the Caution and Indicator Lights by pressing master dim & test switch IAW
AMM 33-16-00-715-060.

Note: This task satisfies the intent of MPD tasks 22-003-00, 22-004-00, 22-007-00, 30-005-00, 31-
003-00, 33-004-01, 34-008-00.

16 Check serviceability of cabin lighting.

Carry out a Detailed inspection of the portable oxygen assemblies for proper pressure, condition,
17 (including masks) and security of installation IAW AMM 35-31-01. Ensure bottles are fully charged
and have sufficient life remaining until next 125 hour service check. (MPD: 35-008-00)

18 Carry out toilet ‘Crushed Ice Cleaning Procedure’ IAW AMM 38-32-00.
IFE System Quick Test Procedure IAW AMM TASK 44-24-25-740-540.

NOTE: Applicable to airplanes post BAL MOD/767/1462.
Perform a Check of the Crew Rest Seats as per the Following:
(a) Check the seat track fittings for proper attachment and adjustment as per CMM 25-28-46
Chapter 2.
20 (b) Check all upholstery surfaces and assemblies for appearances, condition of fabric. Check all
upholstery surfaces and assemblies for appearances, condition of fabric.
(c) Check IAT table for operation. Adjust as needed per CMM 25-28-46 Chapter 2.
(d) Check life vest pocket opening condition for proper position of cover and pull strap.

21 Certify 125 hour Service Check in the Technical Log.
