One of my favorite TV music shows is RAP VIET, boardcast on channel HTV2 every Saturday night. This is a
competition of the Rappers around VietNam. The purpose of the show is to seek talented rappers to be aired on
Vietnamese television. RAP VIET not only have a famous host is TRAN THANH but also have many iconic
Vietnamese rappers like JustaTee, Rhymastic, Wowy, Binz and Suboi as judges and coaches for the candidates.
Rappers have to go through 4 rounds of competitions in turn and compete with many other candidates to become
the winner. In competitions, the experiments have to compose the lyrics based on the existing beats and perform
the song on stage. Moreover, each performance of contestants brings meaningful messages such as an
environment protection, patriotism, romantic love, gangs, money, drugs and dark side of society.I really like Rap
Viet. Through this TV program, I have lots of inspiration because i’m a big fan of Rap music. My favourite
rapper of all times – MCK is also join in this show. I will definitely watch it in the following seasons, or if i’m
lucky enough, maybe i’ll be a contestant for the show, who knows right ?
