documentation, commissioning tests and inspection”
Base on IEC Standard, the following pre-commissioning checklist and test describe at the basic of
IEC 62446 Clause 4, where:
4.1 General establish minimum documentation to ensure Key system data is available
4.2 System data Information about system information, designer and installer
4.3 Wiring diagram Single line wiring diagram
4.4 Datasheets For all types of modules and inverters
4.5 Mechanical design information – Data sheet for array mounting system
4.6 Operation and maintenance information Correct operation, failure, shutdown, maintenance,
cleaning, warranty.
4.7 Test results and commissioning – Copies with results from verification tests”
PT. REJA ATON ENERGI as System Integrator and contractor for this project of the Grid Connected
of PV systems (GCPV) must prepare documents pre-commissioning checklist and submitted to user.
This activity shall be conducted by the competent persons as stated at the end of the checklist,
whilst adhering to the relevant laws and regulations.
During the pre-commissioning checks, the GCPV systems shall not be engaged to the grid. All
checks during pre-commissioning are done visually.

After completion of all visual inspections from the checklist, ATONERGI as System Integrator
must perform commissioning tests to ensure all inter-connections of the components are
satisfactory.
Conditions:
1. All tests must be done in sequence.
2. If a test fails, the next test shall not be performed.
3. Failure of any test nullifies the entire Testing and Commissioning.
4. The Weather Monitoring Station and PV Monitoring System shall be provided, installed
and maintained by ATONERGI for the entire duration of preventive maintenance in a year.
